In the fall of 2020 amidst a difficult year for the planet, Natural Frequency got a refreshing call from a company called Bolt Farm Treehouse. Seth Bolt, one of the owners, spent the next 30 minutes telling us about the beautiful treehouses that he has built and rents out as unique short term rentals. He recently had reached an elite status as the #1 rental in South Carolina. In fact he was in the middle of filming a Netflix special called 'The worlds most amazing vacation rentals.' As the discussion progressed it became clear that Seth was on the hunt to build more unique places for people to unplug from the world and reconnect with nature but yet surrounded by luxury. He was very specifically looking for geodesic domes that offered a wooden structure. His vision required that the dome shape and wood be integral to the experience and not the more typical metal pipe based dome structures.
Natural Frequency specializes in providing geodesic connectors for building exactly what Seth was looking for. To test out the product, Bolt Farm Treehouse purchased and assembled our Poly-Dome3 and loved the result. In the end, and more inline with their eco-friendly brand identity chose the Versa-Hub3. Natural Frequency delivered and they had 8 domes up and ready for finishing in a very short amount of time. So now positioned between two of their famous treehouses are the majestic Luxe and Luxe XL domes.
Fast forward a few months and the Bolt Farm Treehouse luxury short term rentals (STR) perched up on a mountain near Chattanooga, Tennessee are booked and receiving unbelievable reviews and an online following.
